We ship worldwide. Shipping is free for UK addresses, for Europe it's £5, USA and the rest of the world is £8. Shipping is charged up front and is added to your cart at checkout. For example if you select the Quarterly package, you will be charged for 3 months of shipping at checkout, to cover the 3 boxes that we will send you, during your subscription.

You sure can. Just go into your Subscription Portal and select Pause plan. You must pause at least 1 week before the end of each month to avoid the next months box being sent.
