Card was great but the specified delivery date did not happen
Card is fine but paid extra for a specific delivery date (pre 1pm) and the card was not delivered until three days later. Obviously, for something like a special birthday being on time is vital and it is more than just an inconvenience when that date is missed, especially by so much. Really wish I'd not bothered, no refund could compensate for this terrible service.
